I can’t believe series 5 of Spooks has finished already! Now I have nothing to watch on TV. Such a good programme and always has a really gripping story line. I actually applied for some graduate roles with MI5 and GCHQ – but never got an interview. Obviously, I’m not Spook material Maybe MI6 is more me, with the international scene, fast cars and bungy jumps just like James Bond in Goldeneye.

Anyway, back to the real world. I recovered from my cough now and been busy at work. Worked last Saturday in London and will do the same this weekend too. I’m also going to Madrid on a business trip this Sunday! Just for a few days. Hopefully I’ll catch some sight-seeing before I start work on Monday morning. I also started my German course with the Open University. It’s mostly self taught with help of books and CDs and I also have some tutorials too. It’s actually quite fun when I get round to learning it, but getting started is the difficult bit. Bis später!
