Another big one
June 14, 2008 3:09 pm JapanI’ve felt countless tremors in the short time I’ve been in Japan. Most of them are so small that I think I’m just imagining it. But I was gently shaken in bed this morning by a magnitude 7.2 earthquake in northern Japan. I was quite shocked (for a second consecutive weekend) to read “Earthquake rocks northern Japan” when I clicked on my daily dose of BBC news. It doesn’t look too bad though, the Japanese are quite resilient. And one of the deaths was just someone panicking and running in front of a lorry…
