It’s that time of the year again. Time to add 1 to my age. I’m officially 20. Which means I am no longer a teenager! What’s new? Not a lot, since the legal age of an adult is 18 in the UK. Maybe I’ll have to wait another year before I can take advantage of anything 21+ in the USofA, but don’t have any plans to visit there any time soon.
Didn’t get up to much today. My flatmate’s mum who is staying over for a while made me a cake, with a cute little mouse on it (coz I was born in the year of the rat. 1984 for those of you who can do maths) – not a real one of course! I’ll put some pics up in my photo gallery when I have time (only a few).
Other than that brief birthday celebration, I’ve been revising! Well sort of. One of the downsides of having your birthday during exam time is that you either have an exam on your birthday or you desperately need to revise for an exam in the very immediate future. Oh well.
I’ll be going home (Cambridge) later tonight to spend the weekend with family, and hopefully receive some prezzies !!
